current temperature in zip code 54911 according to weather.com: -10, feels like -28. and tonight feels mild compared to what it's been the past couple of days. absurd. i can't believe i lived the first 19 years of my life unaware that termperatures like this actually occur in places permanantly inhabited by human beings (ie. not the north pole, the top of mount everest or antarctica).
sorry the posts have been sparse... it's not a lack of things to say just a lack of time to say them. sometimes i dont call people i really care about and it causes problems.
here's an idea for LU administration to chew on for a while and one that i feel will instantly boost lawrence's reputation as a prestegious institution of higher learning by 10-20 points (on what scale? i dont know. but 10-20): keep the library and conservatory open all night (or at least later than 1am). try it. i dare you.
also to note: rex grossman should never be allowed on a football field again. a personal statement for rex: learn how to recieve a snap, dickwad... top hand on the center's balls and grasp the large oblong shaped one when he puts it in your hands. even i know that.
an old and important friendship is royally fucked up. i've got a new cello, (re)new(ed) love, and a new life. i know i can make room for all these things but i'm still figuring out how. also there's a new episode of the office downloading right now. so, overall i'd say im feeling pretty alright.
dont call me whitney, bobby.
